Pickle roll-ups: Because some childhood snacks never needed a glow-up… but we did it anyway.

My mom made these for some potlucks, and let’s just say—I was that kid hovering by the tray. Cream cheese. Pickles. Ham. That’s it. Pure joy.

Now? I doctor mine up with a little dill (Pampered Chef’s All Purpose Dill), but garlic, ranch, or even jalapeño seasoning would be 🔥 if you like a kick.

📌 No exact measurements—just grab:

Whipped cream cheese (trust me, it spreads better)
Pickle spears (sliced lengthwise)
Deli ham

Mix your seasoning into the cream cheese, spread it on the ham and pickle, roll it up, and boom—snack nostalgia on a platter.
