📋 Ingredients– ½ cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
– 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– ¼–½ cup water (adjust to desired thickness)
– 1 tbsp Pad Thai seasoning (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
– Optional: drizzle of honey (if using ginger)
– Optional: crushed red pepper for heat 🌶

Whisk everything together in a small bowl or jar until smooth.
Taste and adjust to your preference: – Add water to thin – Add honey for sweetness – Add red pepper for heat
