📋 Ingredients
2 cups diced fresh tomatoes (Roma or cherry)
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
