Whether you're feeding a crowd or just your own snack cravings, this quick bruschetta is a go-to recipe that packs flavor and flexibility. Serve it on toasted baguette, grilled chicken, pasta, or even in an omelet. Minimal prep. Maximum flavor.


📋 Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes (Roma or cherry)

  • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • Salt & pepper to taste


📝 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped basil.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.


🍽️ Ways to Serve It

  • On toasted baguette slices

  • On cottage cheese toast

  • Over grilled chicken, pork, or steak

  • Tossed into warm pasta

  • Stirred into an omelet

  • Over a fresh bed of greens
