Easy Carbonara Sauce

Whip up this easy carbonara sauce in your blender! 🧀🍳



Ingredients:


1 cup heavy cream


2 garlic cloves


4oz Parmesan cheese


3 large eggs


Select sauce on your blender and pull off at or before 176 degrees! Perfect for pasta, pizza, breakfast, or dipping.


*Note - if the sauce is thinner than you’d like, you can make a cornstarch slurry and pulse in the blender.
