You don’t need a perfect plan to make a great dinner.
You just need this sauce.
Quick, creamy, and packed with protein—this cheese sauce makes dinner feel put-together, even when it’s just stuff you grabbed from the fridge.
Use it for:
– Potato bowls
– Nachos
– Tots or fries
– Tacos, burritos, or salads
Reheat a protein, pour the sauce, add toppings you love.
Dinner = handled.
🧄 Macro-Friendly Cheese Sauce Recipe:
– 3 oz cottage cheese
– 1.5 oz cheddar or other flavor cheese
– 1.5 oz mozzarella
– 2 wedges Laughing Cow light
– 1-2 oz milk (adjust to consistency)
– seasoning (I use crunchy garlic crisp, three onion, and/or french onion)
Blend until smooth and heat. I use the Pampered Chef cooking blender (sauce mode).
