Pizza Crust Recipe


This pizza crust is fast, protein-packed, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have. No yeast. No rise time. Just a blender and a baking sheet between you and a seriously good dinner.

šŸ“‹ Ingredients (Single Batch)

šŸ³ 2 large eggs

šŸ§€ ½ cup cottage cheese

🄣 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

🌾 ¼ cup flour

šŸ§‚ ½ tsp baking powder

šŸ§‚ Pinch of salt

šŸ§„ Garlic powder or ā€œEverything but the Pizzaā€ seasoning

Note: I made a double batch in the video—feel free to scale it!

  1. BlendĀ everything until smooth. I used the Pampered Chef Twist & Chop—perfect for small batches and easy cleanup.

  2. SpreadĀ onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. BakeĀ at 425°F for 10–12 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.

  4. TopĀ with your favorite sauce and toppings, then bake another 8–10 minutes until everything is bubbly and golden.

šŸ’¬ Want a crispier crust? Go thinner.
