This pizza crust is fast, protein-packed, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have. No yeast. No rise time. Just a blender and a baking sheet between you and a seriously good dinner.

š Ingredients (Single Batch)
š³ 2 large eggs
š§ ½ cup cottage cheese
š„£ 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
š¾ ¼ cup flour
š§ ½ tsp baking powder
š§ Pinch of salt
š§ Garlic powder or āEverything but the Pizzaā seasoning

BlendĀ everything until smooth. I used the Pampered Chef Twist & Chopāperfect for small batches and easy cleanup.
SpreadĀ onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
BakeĀ at 425°F for 10ā12 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
TopĀ with your favorite sauce and toppings, then bake another 8ā10 minutes until everything is bubbly and golden.
